Outpatient Alcohol & Drug Treatment

Our outpatient treatment program, provided by Prevea Health, is customized to respond to your individual needs, problems, and circumstances. It begins with a personalized evaluation of your situation and uses individual, group, and family sessions to address your substance use disorder issues.
Prevea Health understands your situation is unique and your substance use disorder treatment plan should be tailored for you. They start with a thorough assessment that not only assesses your substance use, but how your use affects other areas of your life. Next, a treatment plan is developed reflecting the issues you want to address and how their team can work with you to achieve your goals.

Your treatment program is personalized and responds to your individual needs, problems, and circumstances. You work with their experienced, licensed clinical substance abuse counselors, many of whom have advanced degrees.

Prevea Health provides a range of outpatient services to help you on your journey to recovery, including:
  • Assessments
  • Individual Counseling
  • Family Sessions
  • Relapse Prevention Groups
  • Intensive Outpatient Program
  • Day Treatment Program
Their treatment philosophy is based on the medical model of substance use disorder and integrates the 12-Step facilitation model, the Matrix Model, motivational interviewing, and other approaches that support healthy recovery.

Experienced counselors understand the specific needs of adolescents. Outpatient treatment for adolescents includes a thorough assessment before individual and / or family counseling.

Tobacco Use
Current research suggests that the use of tobacco increases death rates and relapses in the recovery community. Prevea Health recognizes that tobacco is a deadly, addictive substance and treats nicotine addiction. They offer a tobacco-free, scent-free environment with aids and strategies to help you quit tobacco.
